• We use a secure wallet system - add funds via bank transfer and get admin approval
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are available according to our refund policy
• Additional charges may apply for short turnarounds or expanded support requirements

• Free unlimited revisions within 30 days of delivery
• Follow-up requests must remain within the original support requirements
• Major changes to original instructions may incur additional charges
• Revision requests must be submitted through our platform
